Eira Integrated Care Center is a dedicated rehabilitation center that sits between the two: a purpose-built space for structured recovery, before a patient is ready to return home with confidence.

Eira coordinates closely with the treating doctors and hospital team at the point of referral, with our own rehabilitation specialists and therapists throughout the stay, and with home care professionals when it's time to plan the move home — so every handover along the journey is smooth, safe and well-communicated.

Discharge summaries, prescriptions, investigation reports, treatment instructions, allergies and follow-up recommendations are reviewed with the hospital team to ensure an accurate handover.
